Tell us a little bit about yourself and your journey, please;
I am Isha sharma founder of Trayambak. I have an Overall entrepreneurship experience of about 4 years. I started my journey in the field of IPR 8 years back while working with different organizations. I got Introduced to IPR during my college days as it was a subject in my post-graduation. Since then I knew I wanted to get into a domain where I will learn every day and get a chance to interact with the innovators. Having worked for my employers for about 4 years, and after grabbing the domain expertise, I decided to start my own venture. What triggered the entrepreneurship in me was a DO or DIE situation. So I had to choose between serving organizations where I had limited scope for growth or To take the risk and start on my own. Back then, no one supported my decision except my Father, so it made me work even harder to prove my decision right. I eventually began the journey and kept learning with my mistakes and growing.
Please Provide a brief overview of your product & Services?
Trayambak provides Intellectual Property Rights registration and post registration services which mainly includes Patents, Trademarks and Copyright.
What inspired you to build the above Product & Service?
I got Introduced to IPR during my college days as it was a subject in my post-graduation studies. This field of work makes us understand the business and innovation trends in the market. What is accepted and why it is accepted. It gives an Insight of the entire process and broadens the scope of learning so that makes me stick to this work
What is Your life Mantra?
I Don’t take life by preconceived notions. Life doesn’t go by your plans so just be open to opportunities and give your 100%.
The most challenging part of your journey till date and how did you Overcome those challanges?
The most challenging part of my journey was to take the leap of faith. I had 3 job offers and the dream to go on my own. I wouldn’t say I wasn’t scared to start on my own without any financial or emotional backup but I guess that was the source of Inspiration. I wanted to prove it to myself that I can do it when no one believed in me apart from my Father. So I started off with Rs 25,000 and declared to myself that It’s a do or die situation. I guess I didn’t die to made it through (laughs).
And the fact that I strongly believe in the traditional method of business that is to invest from profit to expand the business. I never believed in Funds raising and that made me take risks on my own terms.
How are you managing your Life and work during Lockdown caused by COVID 19?
Honestly speaking my life has always been about meeting clients and always on a constant run. Initially, staying at home was very difficult but then I got used to it. It helped me to understand where my priorities are and gave me enough time to plan new verticals of the business and services. I am using lockdown to catch up with pending books and enhance my knowledge. In addition to this, I am also using this time to be virtually connected to clients and posting Videos, to help people understand my work. Lockdown has certainly turned out as the most productive time of my life.
What is your source of motivation for the day when you wake up?
In my personal Life, I pledge to my responsibilities towards myself and my loved ones. SO that keeps me motivated to do better in life. Professionally, I get to interact with Innovators and every single day is about some or the other innovation. It keeps me in high spirit to see a better future and a convenient world.
Money or Emotions, what comes first for you?
I guess we all need money for the basic survival so I will not rule that prospect out. But a business without a combination of both money and emotions cannot go far. I strongly believe that a good business can only be formed when you understand human psychology and give them what they need to lead a better life or at least makes them happy.
How do you Manage your stress?
I spend at least 1 hour of my day reading quotes or poems. That’s my stress buster!
What according to you are keys to success?
We all have different parameters to success. Mine is, to be able to live on my terms and to be able to contribute to other’s lives.
What Online Apps/tools do you use the most and Why?
Linkedin! That’s where you will find me most. I guess it’s the best platform to get connected to people and share knowledge and find business prospects. Other than that I also use News apps to keep myself updated of current happenings.
What habit you think, makes you more productive?
When it comes to work I keep a fixed schedule for and me and my team, we always try to remain stick to deadlines. The working hours are flexible but deadlines are actually considered as DEADlines. And I do take small breaks to keep my self fresh and running.

Your advice for the Aspiring Entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurship is not something that you can learn. It should come from within! Every single day when you get up you should be self-motivated as their will be times when no one will believe you not even you but you still have to keep up the spirit and move forward. It takes the taste of your own blood to be an entrepreneur. Be ready for sleepless nights and adrenaline rush. It will be a zig-zag journey but definitely worth it!
