The company claims to be the first in the industry to provide an exclusive solution for local grocery stores. The service will allow the retailer to track inventory, sales, order, customers and more through the convenience of their mobile phone. They will also be able to offer diverse online payment options like Paytm, PayPal, PayU and provide the option of netbanking, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, payment links and bank transfer options.

Shopmatic will also provide the facility to share the pre-built catalogues and payment links on WhatsApp itself to make their reach better. To make the service more secure, the platform gives the option to schedule contactless delivery and self-pickup for priority customers.
